Goals for 2021
Entrada's mission is to work with communities to improve the lives of its visitors and residents, as well as, our own employees. We have three goals to help accomplish this in 2021.
For residents, we
will harness complex streams of data - from tax revenues to website
visits, job totals to social media performance - for regional DMOs to use in
marketing, community development and sustainability efforts. We will focus our
KPIs on the improvement of the visitor economy and the betterment of the local
quality of life.
Second, we will apply the learnings from the data to ensure
the visitor experience to the destination is enhanced with each
visit. Entrada’s data advisors serve as a team of experts
working with the key stakeholders to help provide a longer more meaningful
stay and deeper emotional connection with the region. The residents and
visitors will embrace the vacation engagement so much that both will support
relocation to the area.
And finally, Entrada's team wants to create the best
working environment possible. Growth and development require human ingenuity and
our people are the best resource. Our existing and future team members will be
challenged, inspired and empowered to work with our movement to better the
lives of travelers and citizens wherever they may journey. Common goals of
achievement are the most fulfilling and we will continue to attract the
